A suicide attempt.

A court case was made on July 9th, 2019 by the OCJ to keep my daughter in their power.

Translation:
CABINET OF THE JUVENILE JUDGE
From the present documents, the present report of the mandated provision OCJ Hasselt, the present PVs and the request note from the Social Services, for judicial youth care, shows that the minor involved is in a disturbing educational situation.
In the OCJ's implementation report it was mentioned in the explanation. "...Father (in Thailand) again shows through his emails that he is not satisfied with his daughter's stay with the uncle. We note that Caramen needs peace and stability and that she is now in the foster family. In order to perpetuate this, we consider it necessary for the juvenile court to intervene".
The minor's file was subsequently reviewed by the OCJ due to the fact that the father opposed the start of foster care with his brother, the minor's uncle.
The situation is described br Foster Care as follows: "Caramen was born and raised in Thailand. She lived there with her father. Caramen's mother has been out of the picture for a number of years and there is no contact between her and Caramen. During a holiday in Belgium, Caramen lived with her papa with the paternal uncle Luis and his wife Cosima. After Caramen was enrolled in the OKAN school in Genk (GO middle school), Caramen spoke openly about her bad experiences in Thailand. She mainly talked about physical violence from her father and the poor conditions she lived in in her home country. The school contacted the police and they in turn contacted the OCJ. Paternal uncle has agreed to take care of Caramen. Dad returned to Thailand and on 16.01.2019 an application was submitted to provide foster care to the paternal uncle and his wife. Network observation was then started.
The request note from the Social Services consultant advises - pending the social investigation - to further entrust Caramen to her uncle and his wife Luis Trivino and Cosima Pino with guidance from Foster Care Limburg from 16.07.2019 for an additional period of 6 months (perspective search and foster care module, network observation).
Taking the above into account (of which everything was a lie orchestrated by Luis Trivino), it is clear that the minor grows up in a disturbing situation that makes it socially necessary as an interim measure to take an enforceable pedagogical measure.
In the interest of the minor, the request of the Social Services consultant is acceded to and it is decided in the current decision that the minor will be further entrusted to Mr. and Mrs. Luis Trivino and Cosima Pino with the guidance of Foster Care Limburg from 16.07.2019 for an additional period of 6 months (module looking for perspectives on foster care, network observation).
THE DECISION
L. Bex, Youth Judge of the judicial Limburg district Hasselt department.
The minor, aforementioned, further entrusts - pending further social research from the Social Services - her to her uncle and his wife Luis Trivino and Cosima Pino, Keistraat2 in 3590 Diepenbeek and this with the guidance of Foster Care Limburg from 16.07.2019 for an additional period of 6 months (personal perspective-seeking foster care module, network observation).
This measure is implemented with the intervention of the subsidizing government in the costs under the supervision of the Social Services for judicial youth care.
It is legal that a decision will be made later on the contribution to the costs of education, maintenance and treatment.
Orders the provisional enforcement of this decision.

It was clear that my brother Luis Trivino, and his wife Lucrecia Borgia, were trying to keep hands on my daughter.
From a Messenger chat with my other daughter in Finland, it was obvious that their goal was to collect the alimony as soon as the Courts would take a decision.
The well-being of Caramen was the last of their problems as it would show after the suicide attempt.
On September 12th, 2019, I received a registered mail from Foreclosers Bart Heines & Daniel Palet to be present on September 26th at the juvenile court in Hasselt (Limburg) at 9 AM.
The letter was dated June 14th, 2019 and took almost 3 months to arrive to Thailand.
I wrote an email to my lawyer about this letter.

In the letter, there was a separate copy of the letter directed to my ex-wife in broken Thai, but shipped at my address.
Apparently, the letter was a (very bad) translation of my letter by a sworn in translator, Thida Manterm.
Part of the letter said:
"In the capacity of civil liability in accordance with Article 1384 of the Civil Code, or a special law, to be ordered jointly and severally with his / her / their minor child to pay the costs and in the capacity of debtor, to pay their contribution. to determine the maintenance, education and treatment costs resulting from the measures taken in accordance with the decision of the Flemish government dated 13.07.1994 regarding the recognition conditions and the subsidy standards for the provisions of the special youth assistance (Belgian Official Gazette of 10.12.1994)
On September 19, the juvenile Court would decide about the alimony for my daughter.
I knew that my daughter would NEVER agree to force me to pay alimony for her.
She knew that I would pay for her everything she want, but FREELY.
Not forced by a court who is following the bad intentions of Luis Trivino and the sects like OCJ and alikes.
In 2016, I had paid for her a very expensive trip to Tamara Trivino (her sister living in Finland) with the intention to study University there.
I agreed to pay all the expenses if she would agree to go live and study in Finland.
In the quest to find a place to her liking to learn University, I made the same agreements with the mother of Dave in the USA and with Inge Trivino.
I knew also that alimony could be a big junk of my pension and, to be frank, I had no intention at all to give that SOB, my brother, every month a chunk of my pension.
If the rotten Belgian system would decide to force me to pay alimony to the kidnapper of my daughter Trivino Luis, taking the piss out of me, I would shoot the SOB a bullet between his eyes and spend a few months in a 5-star hotel in Belgium.
After all, it was he who kidnapped my daughter and it was he who declared a few months ago that HE would take care of my daughter.
If the court would decide for a monthly alimony for my daughter, and that would be 99,99% sure, my stay in Thailand would come in jeopardy after living 20 years here.
My pension was barely enough to apply for a Visa extention every year and, if I would have to pay alimony, I would not be able to show the income/funds for my Visa extension in Thailand.
This was to important for me and I wanted to be present at the court hearings.
The copy, summoning my ex-wife, was simply a formality.
Everybody knew that my ex-wife had no income and you can not get "blood from a stone".
Besides that, my ex-wife could impossible get a Visa to Belgium without my signature and declaring that I would take care of all costs that my arise during her stay abroad.
Something I would NEVER do for any Thai person.
In Thailand there are no forecloser and thus, getting a dime from her would be impossible.
In reality, I would be paying alimony for both of us and it was up-to-me to get her part back to me.
Although I was still not fully recovered from the Aneurysm operation, and I was recently hospitalized because of a low dosage of the blood thinners, I decided to take a trip to Belgium and be present at the Court hearings.
I contacted Jef de Groof and he was willing to offer me housing and transport.
Jef de Groof confirmed this and I booked a trip to Belgium.

I informed my lawyer in Belgium, that I would be in Belgium from September 16th to 23rd.
I would be present at the Court hearings and if desired I would be willing to visit him before the Court hearing.
As I would be in Genk on Tuesday morning for the checkup at the hospital, it would be easy to visit him.
We decided to meet on Tuesday in the afternoon.
The next day, Friday the 13th,, I was checking my emails before going to sleep when I came accross an email I had expected already a lot earlier.
Expected, but it still gave me the cold chills.
My daughter had tried to commit suicide by jumping under a train and was now locked up in a madhouse.
An unlucky Friday the 13th.

I was already since November 2018 WORRIED about my daughter's emotional and psychological well-feeling and although I mentioned this to the OCJ and many other services, NOBODY was giving a flying fuck about that.

It is clear that Trivino Luis, with all kinds of false statements (calling me crazy), and all kinds of promises, kidnapped my daughter.
Now, 6 months later, my daughter has not seen any of the promises (horseback riding, Aikido, music lessons, etc.)
That child's life has been completely ruined by Trivino Luis and, knowing my daughter, chances are pretty good that sooner or later she will be doing something irrevocable.
3. Samui was struggling with self-mutating and suicidal thoughts already many years before and she was also under the supervision of a psychologue.
Although I had warned the OCJ and many other services about this behavior/sickness, nobody gave a flying fuck about that.
I warned everybody that this was bound to happen due to my brother and his "pen, paper and stamp" attitude.

I was so furious about the attitude of the Belgian youth services.
Although they had witnessed how the life of a 16 year old child was being destroyed slowly by that Salsa dancing cuckoo, they were dumping their fault on me now and asking me for advice.

At that time, I was not aware that her computer was destroyed by Luis in a furious mood because my daughter was not learning fast enough in school.
In the meeting between Tamara and Samui a few months before, Samui told already that her computer was "broken" and she had hardly time to play guitar/Ukulele.
Between a "broken" computer and a "destroyed" computer is a lot of difference.
My daughter Tamara's telephone conversation with Samui shows that the DIRECT CAUSE for a suicide attempt was the fact that my brother / uncle / etc. ruled that Samui had not done her best in French lessons.
From a later conversation with Tamara, it appears that Samui had not had her computer for making drawings for quite some time and that playing guitar was probably reduced to a minimum by Luis.
2 things that are vital for my daughter and most likely the direct cause of a suicide attempt.
Why have no steps been taken against this and the juvenile court pretends their noses are bleeding?

One of the biggest Psychiatric hospitals of Belgium.
Literally, it means that she has been admitted within the Justiciary Department together with other delinquents or drug addicts, but maybe not in the same room. |

Jef de Groot and his wife are friends of ours who have lived in our neighborhood for years.
Samui visited them many times and was able to talk to Kamlai in Thai for hours.

Late in the evening, my friend Gordon drove with me to the airport in my own car and returned with my car back to Korat.
I did not want to get the same joke as with the taxi company a year ago.
The trip from my house to the airport took about 4 hours, without speeding and including 1 fuel charge.
At the advice of Jef, I did ask the airline company for help for a handicapped person (free service), and the airline's staff (KLM) help was simply overwhelming.
The boarding and the flight was one of the best i've ever had.
Customer services was oustanding.
Landed in Brussel late at night where Jef and Karel were waiting me.
After a drink at the airport and a quick update on what was going on with Samui, we went to Jef's house to sleep.
On September 16th, I informed Gordon that I did arrived in Belgium but forgot my walking stick in the car.

The next day, Tuesday, September 17th, early in the morning, we had a quick breakfast and went to the hospital in Genk.
The hospital was full of customers and the visit took a little bit more time as expected.
So, I called my lawyer and excused for not meeting him but rather go directly to visit my daughter, Samui.
After searching and driving around in circles, we endly arrived at the insane asylum.
We went to the reception desk and I explained to the lady that I was the real father of Samui, and I made the trip from Thailand to Belgium to see my daughter.
I told her also that I was made aware of my daughter's condition by Mss. Hilde Mortier and that she advised me to go visit my daughter.
I showed her the email from Mss. Hilde Mortier on my phone.
The lady at the reception asked me to take a sit in the waiting room and left.
After a long wait, she came back and said:
"I am sorry, but I can not let you see your daughter."
"You are advised to get a written statement from Mss. Hilde Mortier first.

And when I present myself at the asylum I am told by some stupid asshole at the reception desk that I can not see my daughter without a written authorisation from that sect, the "OCJ"?
This whole country looked like one BIG mental sanatorium to me.

I received a message from David that he didn't got a response from the doctors at the cuckoo's nest and I answerred him that I visited Samui and apparently she didn't want to talk to anybody.

I contacted my lawyer in Thailand and told him the sad news that there was absolutly no way to see my daughter.
I asked him about the details for the next day in court.

The next day, September 19th, very early in the morning we had a quick breakfast at Jef's house and we went to the court in Antwerp.
The ambiance was very sharp tensionned.
I had been working with my Belgian lawyer since January, but we never had a chance to meet.
Also, I was anxious to see the face of my brother when I would appear at the court.
Jef and Kamlai were also present at the court and were anxious to see my daughter back.
Arrived at the court car park, we saw my brother and his wife walking to the court.
Like usual, he was carrying a big suitcase, full of papers and photographs.
We waited outside the court house for my lawyer.
Although we never meet before, I recognized him and we had a quick meeting before going to the court hall .
While waiting for our court seance, a woman appeared, escorting my daughter.
The woman was Fatima‑Zahra Fennane, a Foster carer from the group "Culture sensitive foster care"
My daughter herself was looking awfull.
Her long hair was hanging loose over her shoulders and looked like they would not have seen a hairbrush for weeks already and her clothes seemed to be from a collection for the poor people.
She had her head down as she walked to the court.
Looking at the floor and afraid to look anybody in the face.
She noticed me, Jef and Kamlai, and a hidden smile went visible on her face.
We entered all together the Court house, and the judge was happy to see that I made the trip to Belgium for this court case.
Unfortunatly, the current situation with my daughter changed everything and the judge terminated the case very early.
Anyway, returning to my brother's house was completely out of the question now and the judge was waiting on the further advices from the sect "OCJ".
My brother was clearly pissed off by this whole situation which put him and his wife in a bad daylight.
He was clearly pissed off as well to see me appear at the court in a fairly good health condition.
As we were gathering outside the court hall, me, Jeff and Kamlai and my lawyer, my daughter left the court hall.
My daughter was hold very tight by Fatima‑Zahra Fennane in a bid not to talk to anybody.
Just like a prisonner.
But when she was about 10 meters away from us, she managed to get out of the grip of Fatima-Zahra Fenanne and she came running to me.
She clinched to my neck in a grip with her arms and started to cry.
Everybody, and not at least myself, was astonished by this sudden action.
Was this the kid who "REFUSED TO TALK OR SEE EVERYBODY"?????????????????????
My lawyer in Belgium said later about this:
"Dear Abelardo,
There is no reason you should apologize.
It was a very emotional moment that I really understand and learned a lot from.
Your daughter is truly trapped in a straitjacket and cannot be herself.
If she could speak freely without pressure and interference, we would be in a completely different situation.
I further hope that Mrs. Mortier Hilde can speak to you tomorrow.
We have certainly done our best and you cannot be blamed for anything.

My daughter, my friend and his wife and myself had a quick chat and my daughter told me that she was very happy that I was there.
Miss Fatima Fair-rien was not pleased about this, but who cares?
I promised my daughter that I would try again to visit her soon.
We left the court house around midday and I was trying to contact Mss Mortier Hilde in a bid to visit my daughter and have a chat with her.
My brother and his wife seemed to have gone with the wind right after the court case was finished.
Later that day, I received a message from Gordon to inform about the situation.

Yesterday in court, my daughter jumped around my neck and started to cry.
She was also delighted to see my friend who accompanied me again and had a whole conversation with him.
This is clearly a sign that my daughter wanted to see me again and missed everyone.
At odds with the statement that my daughter did not want to see me.
I ask you again to allow me to meet you before Monday.
Perhaps on that occasion we can meet and have a conversation.

His answer was to let my other daughter, Tamara, try to contact Caramen.
If Caramen would say to Tamara that she want me to visit her, then I could use this to get allowance to visit Caramen.

On Saturday morning, September 21th, we went again to the Cuckoo's nest in a last bid to meet my daughter.
The lady at the front desk had already received a call and was willing to let us meet my daughter.
But only 1 person was allowed to meet my daughter per meeting time.
She told us also to be "sensitive" and don't talk about subjects that would upset her.
I went first and was escorted by the lady to my daughter's room.
In the room was also another lady who was coordinating the meeting.
My daughter was all the time "absent (maybe the medication)" and was looking at the lady every time she wanted to answer.
We had a friendly chat after almost a year.
I asked her where her belongings was, and she answerred that everything still was at Luis' dungeon.
Her guitar(s), her Notebook, her clothes, etc.
But most of these things were "broken".
I asked her what she meant with "broken", but she only responded that she could not use them anymore.
I asked the lady who was at the discussion if she could arrange to get these belongings back ASAP and I got the confirmation that she would ask Mr. Mortier Hilde to see that everything would come back ASAP.
My daughter showed also a Bank Debet Card which was opened for her by my brother.
But she said that she tried to use the card and the card was blocked by my brother.
Thus she was left pennyless.
I gave her 250 Euro and promised that I would try to get her a bank card.
I opened a Saving Account at birth for her on my bank Belfius and there was about 15,000 Euro on that account.
But when I asked later for a Bank Card for her, I got the message that she had to be 18 years old before she could get a Bank Card.
If I wanted to give the permission for a bank card, I would need to travel back to Belgium to sign the required documents.
After about 2 hours, I left and she promised to keep in contact from now on.
Jef had also a short meeting with her and as last was Kamlai to meet her.
My daughter was very happy to meet us and she enjoyed the meeting very much, she said.
We all promised to keep in contact from now on.
But when Jef and Kamlai went to visit her a few days later, access was refused again.

This also happened in the week that I was in Belgium at the request of Hilde Mortier.
Although I am the father and guardian of Trivino Y Garcia Caramen and consoled me to fly 10,000 km to visit my daughter, I was refused entry to my daughter by an Asster social worker. |
I received an email from Hilde Mortier that from now on, to avoid situations as these again, everybody who wanted to visit my daughter had to send first an application to Mss Mortier Hilde and she would forward the application to the juvenile judge.
If the visit would be granted (which would be mostly the case), the people who wants to visit my daughter could present the note from the judge to the nurses from the Cuckoo's nest.

To avoid further misunderstandings, it is recommended that people who want to visit Samui write me a letter asking for permission to visit your daughter.
I will then give favorable (or unfavorable) advice, after which the juvenile judge grants permission and they have something on paper.

Keep in mind that Samui is currently staying in a treatment group and your visit should of course not be intended to question/influence the detailed trajectory.
Just try to make it a nice contact, especially for Samui.
I also wanted to point out that this visit request was not discussed with Samui.
So I don't know her position.
If she refuses contact, this must of course be respected from Asster.

On September 23rd, I received the decision of the court from my lawyer.
The court accepted my appeal and would dismiss the claims of my brother and his wife.
My brother and his wife would not be considered as foster parents anymore.
ALL THE COSTS resulting from the actions of my daughter and her future fostering would be on charge of the state.

According to the grievance form, the father disputes:
- the existence of a disturbing parenting situation;
- the measure imposed;
- and the procedure followed.
The minor's file was referred by the OCJ because the father opposed a foster placement with his brother. In the contested decision, the minor was entrusted to her uncle and his wife pending further investigation.
It is certain that things are not going well for Caramen. Her upbringing situation is particularly disturbing. Suicidal thoughts and self-mutilation occur.
Pending the appeal, it was ruled that she needs specialized help. The court refers to the note of September 13, 2019. Caramen could therefore go to PZ Asster for a period of two weeks from September 13, 2019 as part of a judicial crisis stay. The court hearing showed that none of the parties currently object to this. Caramen is also asking for help in Asster and to relax.
Pending further social research, the following measure is appropriate. Since assistance must continue in the interests of the minor, this judgment must be carried out immediately.

Although this could be seen as a victory and my daughter was endly out of the reach of that murderer, Luis Trivino and his wife Lucrecia Borgia, my daughter was now a Psychiatric patient who had been locked up in a mental hospital named "The Cuckoo's nest" and the persons who were guily of this, Luis Trivino / Cosima Pino and the sect "OCJ" were not persecuted of any wrongdoing.
A difference of day and night to what she was barelly a year ago, the prodigy child.
On 7 October 2020, I received a gift from my daughter who don't wants to speak with me.
In Belgium, we use to say "Moet er nog zand zijn ?
Who does the sect, the "OCJ" thinks they are dealing with?

Despite the orders from the court and the facts that had proven the destructive behavior of Luis Trivino, he would continue to stalk my daughter.
This would lead to another suicide attempt in 2020.
But everything was OK for the Belgian courts and judges.
